Perfect size for a family, this small butter churn makes the most delicious fresh butter. New to home churning? Never fear! This little guy comes with instructions. Each one is handmade from start to finish. In two historical and beautiful color options, these are ideal for use at home, camp, or even in demonstrations.

    30 oz capacity

The dimensions (not including the handle)

    7.5" tall x 3.75" wide

Note: The yellow is a brownish yellow, similar to pottery found during the late 18th and early 19th centuries. Our yellow glaze may appear slightly different compared next to another yellow glazed piece, as each clay body may react differently to the glaze.

    Tabletop Butter Churn

Locally produced (Indiana) and well made. Purchased this specifically for demonstrations at living history events. Can't wait to give it a test drive. Theoretically speaking, should be able to make 7 ounces of butter if using 20oz of 35% butter fat whipping cream. Mine didn't come with any "instructions" per say but should be able to wing it. What could possibly go wrong? Photo of real 1880ish churn for comparison.

    Works Great

I ordered yellow per the catalog photo, but received an orange/brown colored pottery. I inquired about but never heard back. So giving only 4 stars. As for functionality it’s great.
