French Lock Pocket Knife

Based on an example from the early to mid 18th century, this lock back knife is an excellent choice for a pocket knife to have on you. The blade easily comes open and locks in place on the spine. To retract the blade, simply pull up using the leather cord and push the blade back into the wooden handle.

    Perfect Knife For Packing

I really like this knife. It's not too big so it is easy to pack; it was easy to sharpen and clean. I would recommend this for a woman who is looking to expand a kitchen set up but needs it to be mobile for reenacting packing purposes.

    Very nice pocket knife

I have not had the opportunity to use it, but it took a nice edge and keeps very well in my pocket. I like how the lock actually holds and the comfort of it. Looks great with my kilt!

    Frech Lock Pocket Knife

I ordered three of the knives for my Demo Bale of Trade Goods for the French period in Minnesota. The blade is close to the photos example I have seen from archeological reports. I thought the price was real good for such an item. The product itself is wonderful and nicely made. THE PHOTOS DO NOT DO THE KNIFE JUSTICE.
