You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. If the item received was damaged from shipping, contact us immediately (no later than 3 days). If the item is defective by means of manufacture, contact us within 30 days to initiate an exchange of that item. If the item is no longer a product we sell, we will exchange the item for a comparable product or issue a full refund including shipping charges.
All returns must be submitted via the Returns Portal.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If the item(s) is(are) being returned for reasons other than damage or defect, in store credit will be applied. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on all items that are returned for reasons other than damage or defect. If your return is otherwise approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or issue a check. You will receive the credit within a 7-10 business days.
