A good indicator of a company’s integrity and customer service is how they respond when something goes wrong. I ordered the deluxe fire starting kit (excellent quality and value by the way) but the flint was missing from the kit. I informed customer service via email and a replacement was sent immediately and at no cost to me. I still rate this 5 stars because I’ve had similar situations with other companies (who hasn’t?) who give pushback or even charge for returns/replacements. I will purchase again from Samson historical (probably more flint in the future for this kit!)
