You have 30 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the item is no longer a product we sell, we will exchange the item for a comparable product or issue a full refund excluding shipping charges. If the item purchased was shipped with free shipping, the exchanged item will be subject to additional shipping costs. We do not refund shipping charges.
Returned items will be refunded via one of two options:
Refund to method of payment, minus shipping. A 5% restocking fee will apply. This is due to the credit card processing fee that we cannot recover. We appreciate your understanding and your support of a small business.
Issue a Store Credit equal to the total amount minus shipping of the order.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Costume Houses, Productions, Theatre Companies, Costumers, Production Companies, or purchases for a business are only eligible for store credit.
If the item received was damaged from shipping, contact us immediately (no later than 3 days). In cases of damaged items PLEASE KEEP ALL PACKAGING. If the item is defective by means of manufacture, contact us within 30 days to initiate an exchange of that item.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
Items sold during the scratch & dent sale, discounted items, clearance items, socks, undergarments, food, and cosmetics.
Orders canceled prior to being fulfilled are subject to a 5% restocking fee. Orders cannot be canceled after the order has been fulfilled.
