    *** SHIPPING CARRIERS EXPERIENCING MAJOR DELAYS ***

    Due to a combination of issues currently in the United States, shipping carriers are experiencing delays. We have found the USPS's shipping times are the slowest and most inconsistent. We cannot guarantee any shipping times with the exception of overnight shipping (standard processing time remains). 

    We suggest using UPS as your carrier. 

    SHIPPING POLICY

    All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
    • During peek times such as our Cyber Monday Sale, please expect your order processing time to take up to 1-2 weeks. We have a small staff and during 1 day, we can get hundreds of orders. We greatly appreciate the support and we also appreciate your understanding that during this sale, processing may take a little longer. 

    BACKORDERED ITEMS

    Your order will be processed once the backordered items are received. Times on backordered items vary and are displayed prior to the item being added to your cart.

    • Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, some backordered items are taking longer than expected to be received by our company. We appreciate your understanding. 

    CUSTOM ITEMS

    Your order will be processed once the custom items are received. Times on custom items vary and are displayed prior to the item being added to your cart. 

    DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

    Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

    IN-STORE PICKUP

    You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

    Our in-store pickup hours are 10 - 6 on Monday - Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    We offer international shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. International orders are not subject to free return postage on exchanges. 

    Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

    HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

    If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@samsonhistorical.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
