    L'origine du hausse-col remonte aux chevaliers en armure étincelante. Au XVIIIe siècle, ils étaient utilisés pour symboliser le grade d'officier. Des hausse-cols spéciaux étaient fabriqués pour faire du commerce et être offerts en guise de récompenses aux autochtones coopérant avec l'Angleterre.

    Great Gorget!

    Great addition to my apparel. Quality of the item in excellent. Brought my Corporal uniform up a notch. Only draw back. Item does not include a neck ribbon.
