You have 30 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. If the item is no longer a product we sell, we will exchange the item for a comparable product or issue a full refund excluding shipping charges.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will immediately notify you on the status of your return after inspecting the item. If the item(s) is(are) being returned for reasons other than damage or defect, in-store credit will be applied. If a refund is otherwise approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or issue a check
If the item received was damaged from shipping, contact us immediately (no later than 3 days). If the item is defective by means of manufacture, contact us within 30 days to initiate an exchange of that item.
