Knee breeches were a common pant in the 18th century, and are appropriate for the French and Indian War through the American Revolution. These are made of a medium weight 100% wool with matching covered buttons and fit true to waist size in inches. We use the same natural white wool in the breeches, waistcoats, and regimental coats for a cohesive set.
Additional sizing information:
The size of the breeches is in inches with the gusset completely closed. To find your size, measure around your waist where the breeches will sit. Then enter that number below to verify your size.

These are absolutely fantastic breeches for the price! The wool is of good weight and quality, the fit true to size, and the color is great. I only have two critiques, one being that they can be a bit loose around the calves, and two, that there's no option to order these with plain pewter buttons like the waistcoat. However, replacing the buttons for a more proper military appearance is an easy fix. All in all, I can't recommend these enough!
