Experience was fine. The difficulty I had is with the product itself. I also bought a package of your candles. Was really looking forward, but... First time I used the lantern, I notice the candle holder opening was too large for the accompanying candles. I had to wrap the candle end with paper to render it stable in the holder. It didn't really hold, so candle tilted toward side and shattered the glass because of heat. Now, I can't use this product, which I bought specifically for my new porch. Kevin

Great candle lantern. don't put a long candle in it. I like to have the candle at a height just below the rim of the top pyramid area. this way you get the most reflection forward. 6" is a good start. Nice handle to use. Great for getting some more directional light on something or walking in the dark.
