Best pants ever, but some issues had to be fixed to get my order right.
There was an error on the length of the inseams, but I contacted them and they did send a new pair. The customer service was more than perfect. They quickly replied to my emails, even if we were during the rush of Christmas. The new pair is a perfect fit. This is, by far, one of the best trousers I ever had. The fabric is of good quality and you won't see through like some cheap modern clothes. (Who would want to wear modern clothes after wearing those trousers?) The sewing job on those is also incredibly well done with many very complex parts. There is only one small detail that my girlfriend told me could be improved. There are many parts joining between the legs, just in the crotch section. Apparently, those could be flattened with a hammer to break the fiber and be just a bit more comfortable.
Like I live in Canada, this had some effect on the cost as I had to pay custom fees twice. However, I was allowed to keep the trousers that were too short. Luckily, those are of the right size for my girlfriend. So, if you have a problem with the length of your trousers, try to find a girlfriend of the corresponding size and this will be a pretty good deal.
I haven't used them as yet but I will soon. I will get back to you today or tomorrow to possibly order a pair of the shoes for the American Revolutionary War Uniform I ordered from you. Thanks for your follow up.
